Job Title: General Laborer
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth operations of our organization. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and organizing tools and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and machinery.
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as wielders or electricians, with their tasks.
- Support construction projects by carrying materials, grinding metal, and cleaning oil spills.
- Perform maintenance and repair work as directed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar labor-intensive role is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and a focus on safety.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Starting Pay:
$13 to $15 per hour. The actual starting pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications
