KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture. Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring efficiency and readiness. Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including changing AC filters and touching up paint.
Guest Service & Communication: Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure guest and hotel property is respected and safe. Safeguard sensitive areas. Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries.
