Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the employee cafeteria. Uses the necessary uniform during the shift. Other duties as required.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Cleans cafeteria (tables, counters, etc.) thorough the day and sweeps/ mops floors.
Cleans all equipment in the kitchens, receiving area, loading dock, room service, service area, elevator, and walk in boxes.
Cleans coffee machine, juice machine, refrigerators, walls, garbage cans, R.S. tables, hot boxes, etc.
Keeps in excellent condition sanitation of the kitchens and burger joint.
Uses the pressure machine.
Over night position also cleans dishwashers.
Pick up garbage on F&B floors.
Garbage Related Tasks
Picks up garbage.
