Skills Required:
Contractor personnel shall be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national and shall be fluent in the English language.
technically proficient and have 1+ years of experience working with all-inclusive Microsoft Productivity suite, Network infrastructure (routing and switching) and VMware.
Valid Information Assurance Technician Level 2 (IAT-2) baseline credential in accordance with DOD 8570.1M and complete 40 hours of continuing education units(CEU) annually. Contractor may complete a combination of position relevant training, education, experiential learning, and commercial certification activities to fulfill the 40 hours annual CEU requirement as approved by the NECC PAC Information Assurance Manager.
Minimum of Secret clearance to access all CTF75 facilities. A Top Secret security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation(SSBI) is required for personnel operating in CTF 75 SCIF BLDG 2002SY.
Personnel providing system administration services shall meet DoD 8570.1 IAT level II or higher certification requirements and have intermediate or expert level knowledge (5+ years of experience) of DoD Information Network (DODIN) operationsz.
Be technically proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, Network Appliance (NetAPP), and shall possess demonstrated experience in configuring Cisco Routers and Switches, EIGRP routing protocol design and implementation, Cisco VPN devices and Cisco Call Manager technology.
Personnel shall possess intermediate to advanced experience in configuring firewall devices, the ability to troubleshoot layer II and layer III network problems using command line interfaces from Cisco devices, VMWare and Microsoft Server 2008 (R2) or higher.
