As the leader of our stewarding department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance to support our food and beverage operations.Lead and manage the stewarding team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluationOversee daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality resultsDevelop and implement cleaning schedules for all kitchen areas, equipment, and dining facilitiesManage inventory of cleaning supplies, tableware, and kitchen equipmentCoordinate with other departments to support smooth food and beverage operationsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standardsImplement and maintain quality control measures for cleanliness and hygieneOversee maintenance and repair of kitchen equipmentManage department budget and control costsConduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to improve team performanceCollaborate with the culinary team to support efficient kitchen operationsImplement and monitor environmentally friendly practices in the stewarding department
