Associate Director, Fund Accounting

We are seeking an Associate Director, Client Operations, Fund Administration to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage client operations within our fund administration department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.Oversee the delivery of fund administration services to clients, focusing on private debt and other alternative investment fundsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing operational issues and requestsReview and approve Net Asset Value calculations and associated reportingCoordinate investor capital activities, annual financial audits, and other statutory reportingMaintain a comprehensive understanding of fund documentation and apply terms to financial reporting and allocationsStay current with accounting principles and develop solutions for complex issuesLiaise with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery and timely completion of deliverablesParticipate in new fund onboarding processesIdentify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiencyManage work allocation and team utilization, ensuring appropriate cross-training and coverageContribute to company and client initiatives beyond regular responsibilitiesMentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment
