Director of Security

 Develop and implement strategic security plans aligned with organizational goals, advising senior leadership on security threats and concerns.Oversee security operations, including regular patrols, incident investigations, and crisis management procedures.Ensure compliance with corporate loss prevention, safety, and security management guidelines, conducting regular audits and maintaining detailed logs and reports.Design and deliver security awareness and training programs for staff, including fire safety, workplace violence prevention, and emergency procedures.Manage facility security systems, including CCTV surveillance, access control, and fire safety equipment, in collaboration with the Engineering Team.Plan and execute security measures for special events and VIP visits, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.Maintain and update the Business Continuity Plan, ensuring organizational readiness for various scenarios.
