Chief Engineer

 Oversee efficient operation and maintenance of hotel property, equipment, and grounds, ensuring protection of the Owner's asset.Manage the engineering department, coordinating with other hotel teams to maintain high standards for guest experience.Control expenditure, manage CAPEX projects, and optimise operational costs, including energy and water usage.Ensure compliance with Mövenpick's MEP, Fire & Life Safety, and environmental standards.Implement and oversee Preventive Maintenance Programme for guest rooms, public areas, and safety systems.Manage mechanical systems, including HVAC, water circulation, and electrical systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, staff, and hotel management.Prepare CAPEX expenditures for the engineering department and assist other departments as needed.
