As an Injury Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the recovery and rehabilitation of workers from some of our largest clients. Leveraging your industry expertise and strong professional presence, you will provide specialised services and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the best possible health and return-to-work outcomesAs a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durationsImplement services as per Customer SLAsCoach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirementsComplete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claimsRepresent Kairros at public forums and on various committees as required
