As part of the team you’ll support people to get well and working.How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments Undertaking assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plansDesigning and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacityIdentifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participationUnderstanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goalsLiaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
