Primary ResponsibilitiesThis is a Full-time Fixed Term position from May to October 2025Oversee recruitment to meet Hotel Talent needs following Hotel and Company guidelines.Ensure that strategies and practices are in place to facilitate the efficient and effective staffing of all departments to achieve financial and service quality targets.Organise and coordinate reward and recognition events and activities across your portfolio, collaborating with operational stakeholdersConduct and offer guidance on performance reviews, oversee training initiatives, and assume responsibility for fostering high-performing talent within the hotel.
