Reporting Analyst

Your New RoleThis is a rare opportunity to use your expertise in report development, data analysis and business intelligence to the support the sustainment of a new service. The new operational service will require your skills to collect, measure and develop operational and contractual performance reports as well as interpret the results especially IT Service Management data. You will build automated, meaningful reports using reporting skills which will add value to a range of processes.You will be key in establishing this new service level management framework and have the opportunity to mold the process and procedures to make sure they are done correctly to meet contractual obligations.  Your general responsibilities will include:Collection and controlMonitoring and collection of performance measures, and understanding sub component drivers that deliver performance measurement dataAct on live data to ensure the operational practice continues to deliver on performance metrics to meet and improve service delivery outcomes.ReportingHigh level preparation and collation of regular reports from different data sourcesPrepare data into reports and slide packs for presentation to our customer stakeholders who are working from distributed locationsContributing to Monthly informal contract status reporting and formal quarterly reporting.Prepare and deliver combined services summary reports across service management, with inputs from our service delivery teams.Ensuring a high level of quality, correlating data from incidents, request and changes to analyze performance and trends of the operational environment as well as provide feedback to the  wider Sustainment team delivery leads.
