Lakeshore is coming to Nashville!Our nationwide retail presence continues to expand, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic management team to deliver a first-class shopping experience to some of the best customers in the world—teachers, parents and kids! We believe that educating children is incredibly important and meaningful work, and we work hard to exceed our customers’ expectations every time they walk through our doors. As part of our leadership team, you will help recruit and develop energetic team members who personify Lakeshore’s core values, develop partnerships with our customers to ensure we’re meeting their every need, implement policies and procedures to provide an unbeatable customer experience, maintain visual presentations and oversee store operations with an eye for maximizing sales and profits.
A day on the job looks like this:Building lasting relationships with store guests and surpassing their customer service expectations Communicating guest feedback to corporate partners with the goal of continuous improvement and 100% customer satisfaction Recruiting a talented, friendly, engaged and sales-driven team Leading your team by example and providing consistent coaching and growth opportunities Maintaining the visual presentation of merchandise and signage throughout the store Supporting company goals and expectations regarding retail policies and procedures Maximizing sales and managing controllable expenses
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:1-2 years of retail management experience Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems Passion for providing excellent customer service Excellent communication and training skills Exceptional time management and organizational skills Ability to work a part-time flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
