Mgr Regional Life Cycle Sales Mgmt - req1229OVERVIEWThe Regional Life Cycle Sales Management Manager (RLCSMM) serves as a regionally based leader and resource for driving revenue growth and customer loyalty. With a focus on identifying post-installation upgrade opportunities and overseeing inside sales activities to develop new sockets, this individual aligns with the regional sales team to build a robust opportunity funnel. Additionally, the RLCSMM collaborates with BU Departments to create plans for effective campaigns and promotion programs and leads the execution of those efforts in pursuit of targeted bookings growth.RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with CMSU installed base customers to gain insight about their needs with the purpose of finding appropriate product and/or service solutions and building brand loyalty.
Conduct research and analysis as needed to build, augment, and/or update CRM capture of relevant information for installed base and competitive targets.
Develop inside sales strategies to improve CMSU outreach and visibility with prospective customers beyond the installed base.
Ensure that regional sales team is equipped with competitive market information, key findings from analytics, and warm leads/handoffs to achieve regional booking and revenue targets for identified products.
Create and manage implementation plans for targeted upgrade programs developed by CMSU business units for existing customers.
Direct the activities of Life Cycle Sales Specialists, identifying appropriate projects for value added contribution and professional development.
Actively participate in routine sales planning processes as an interface and resource for each zone within the region (e.g., funnel reviews, forecast calls, reporting, and escalations).
Contribute to the End of Life (EOL) process by developing and documenting programs to assist in driving customer awareness and partner with customers to plan for future equipment needs.
Pursue opportunities with broader sales team to elevate the perception of CMSU from vendor to consultative partner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Clinical experience in multiple modalities preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Ability to work collaboratively and build strategic relationships with others
Ability to gather, analyze, consolidate, and interpret relevant business data to support a sales strategy
Ability to anticipate and diffuse problems before they occur, especially in balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders
Deal making experience
Strong knowledge of CRM platform functionality (e.g., Salesforce)
Knowledge of, or ability to learn policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the company, professional organizations, and/or governing agencies
4 Year / bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
7 years Diagnostic Imaging
10 years Capital Equipment Sales Experience
Must reside in South Region (OK, GA, AL, TX, LA, AR, TN)
