Tri-Cities Remodeling and Construction Company is hiring for skilled tradesman that can run jobs doing concrete basements, crawl spaces, slabs, walkways, etc.
We are BC-A licensed general contractors with a $1,000,000 per project license.
Minimum 5 years experience concrete work including full basement construction

Full time W-2 position
40 hours per week YEAR ROUND. (Every employee has had 40 hours per week available through November, December, January, February, you get the idea)

We have licensed electricians and plumbers on staff as employees as well.
You'll be responsible for overseeing concrete work on projects including:
Full basement construction
Craw space construction
Concrete slab / pad
Walkways
You'll perform work outside of just concrete, doing misc. remodeling work on projects including:
Kitchen and bath remodels
Flooring installs
Building decks, including waterproof and covered decks, PT lumber and Trex (We are TrexPRO certified)
Whole home paint jobs
Roofs
Building additions
Full basement remodels
Build garages (attached and detached)
Whole home remodels
Deck builds
Must have reliable transportation to get to jobsites throughout Tri-Cities area and a bit beyond
Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm with occasional overtime
