The ideal applicant will have experience promoting customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. The applicant must also have basic computer skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Service Titan are a plus.
Job hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00.
