Seeking part time help

Looking for someone on a part-time/as needed basis to help with window installation and other various projects with potential to turn into full time. While experience is a plus, it isn't necessarily a requirement. Must be reliable, trustworthy and a hard worker. The average work day ranges anywhere from 3 to 8 hours depending on type of install and number of units to be installed. Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs and not have a fear of heights.
