Looking for a Property Preservation contractors to perform maintenance on homes in the foreclosure process
Must be able to perform:
-Lock changes
-Trash and debris removal
-Winterization
-Yard maintenance and tree/shrub trimming
-Boarding windows and doors
-Minor home repairs
-Minor roof repairs
Contractors will need the following:
Valid driver license and must be able to pass background check
General liability insurance
Truck and Trailer and lawn equipment
Small tools needed for handyman type repairs
Smart phone with camera as well as internet access
Air compressor and generator
We offer direct deposit and twice monthly pay.
Must have a minimum of 30 days working capital.
