We are currently seeking a long-term employee to fill our maintenance position. You will be preparing vacant apartments for new tenants and performing standard repairs to the apartments and grounds. Responsibilities include- Maintenance repairs to all vacant and occupied apartments. Must have basic carpentry skills which would include hanging sheetrock, painting of the interior, plumbing knowledge and laying plank and vinyl flooring.
Prior experience required in Maintenance.
Having own truck for hauling materials is required.
Must be dependable, on time daily and have good work ethic.
Must be professional at all times with other employees and residents.
Must have valid driver’s license, high school diploma, problem solving skills and must be able to pass drug test and background check.
Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Starting Pay is $15.00 per hour.
