I have a rental house tenants have just moved out of and it needs quite a bit of work to get it ready to rent out again.
I am looking for three different positions (all tools and materials will be supplied):
An experienced handyman to replace carpet and vinyl flooring, replace a few broken doors, repair damaged trim, etc.
An experienced painter to do interior painting – bedrooms, bathrooms, cabinets, baseboards, trim, shelves, closets, etc.
A cleaner/general laborer to clean up trash, clean fridge, stove, sinks, and toilets, sweep, mop, etc.
Work would be anytime Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, but hours are flexible. Looking for someone to start as soon as Thursday, 3/21, but if this ad is still up, I am still looking for someone. I have at least 2-3 weeks of work.
Pay will be paid by the day and $18/hour.
The location is near near Highland View Elementary in Bristol, VA
