I recently bought a home and it needs quite a bit of work to get it ready to move into. I am looking to hire help for three different positions (all tools and materials will be supplied):
An experienced handyman to replace carpet and vinyl flooring, replace a few doors, patch drywall holes, repair cabinets, etc.
An experienced painter to do mostly interior painting – bedrooms, bathrooms, cabinets, baseboards, trim, shelves, closets, etc.
A general laborer/cleaner to remove old carpet, help move kitchen appliances, unload building supplies, remove debris, clean up trash, sweep, mop, pressure wash, etc.
Work would be anytime Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, but hours are flexible. Looking for someone to start as soon as Monday, 7/29, but if this ad is still up, I am still looking for someone. I have at least 2-3 weeks of work.
Pay will be paid by the day and $18/hour.
The location is near near Toyota of Johnson City dealership.
