Hands on management and creation of policies and practices.

Assist in preparing reports, analysis and presentations.

Provide administrative and project support to your supervisor and to the entire behavioral health practice spanning offices and divisions in the east coast and Hawaii.

Initiate and independently research complex information through compilation of statistics, analyzing data and summarizing for review.

Provide information and industry trends through research, forums and documentation.

Support annual audits and compliance reviews, as needed

Develop and/or coordinate articles for the BAYADA Weekly Bulletin and assist in developing best practices for the Behavioral Health Playbook.

Assist in compliance with regulations and applicable laws as it relates to ABA practices.

Qualifications:

Four year college degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience.

Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

Prior or current behavioral health and ABA experience required.

A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement.

Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.

Competence and strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability) required.
