Sales manager
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand customer base and ensure the companys strong market presence.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience as a sales manager or equivalent leadership role.
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Strong ability to encourage, motivate and inspire staff to excel.
Ability to communicate with unhappy customers and deescalate/resolve those scenarios.
Pay range:
Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 Based on applicant quality and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident, cancer, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short term disability, life, vacation and 401K with company match.
