Your Role The Yard Operations Representative role is integral to our continued success and mission to remove the complexity from logistics. We empower our employees to take charge and step up to any challenge. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Site profiling: House info within RPM system (points of contact, pictures of lots/layout, etc.)
Develop and keep SOP’s current (Intranet)
Quality Escalation
RPM App training/troubleshooting
Damage coding, operational risk mitigation
Identify high volume carrier rep offender for claims, train/continuous quality improvement
Manage on-site 3rd party vendors, grow these relationships into different types of value-added services (Vin hold updates, Bay location scan updates, etc.)
General OEM op support/vin swap
Build loads
Risk identification, train, and support directly with carriers
Understand growth strategy, goals, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and struggle points of all assigned accounts
Handle customer operational requirements by building orders, covering shipments, providing track & trace, billing, and collections.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
1 - 2 years of Logistics Experience
Customer Service/Support background
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to Manage Multiple Projects
Driven Team Player
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PPT, Visio, Word, Etc.)
