Job Title: Manufacturing/Production LeadLocation: Spring Hill, TNPay Rate: US$48.00/hShift: 2pm to 10 pm / 10 pm to 6 pmWhat’s the Job?
Ensure effective utilization of personnel,materials,and equipment
Participate in training,developing and evaluating hourly team members.
Meet or exceed production cost schedules while maintaining quality requirements
Couch,teach, counsel and mentor Group Leaders in their responsibilites
Leverage resources to resolve quality issues and prevent reoccurrence of known problems.
What’s Needed?
1 to 2 years of group building experience in manufacturing environments
At least 2 years of education beyond high school, which could include college coursework or training in a skilled trade
Ability to work varios shifts, overtime, and some off-shift production support
Supervise a medium to large group of employees in plant production and/or maintenance operations
Assist in executing the business plan for production in the assigned areas.
