Safely operate any machinery, tools or equipment used.
Diagnose tooling issues/complications
Communicate all problems found to senior staff
Participate in tooling repairs as needed by senior staff
Keep work areas neat and clean to maintain a safe work environment.
Read blueprints and schematics
Use hand held tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, socket sets, etc.
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Polish parts as required
Take the lead on individual tool projects and preventative maintenance projects
Experience Required
+1 year of tool making experience
Employment Requirements:
Climate Ranging from 70 - 100 degrees F
Impact resistant safety shoes
No Jewelry, including facial piercings, wedding rings, watches, etc
No cellphones on production floor, personal items will be kept in provided lockers onsite
No pocket knives or firearms on company grounds
Must wear the specified PPE at all times: bump caps, hair/beard net, safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes
Abide by all Safety, GMP, and quality regulations
Work Environment
