Job Summary:
The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies and administering core HR policies and procedures.
Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:
hourly talent acquisition
employee relations activities
retention analysis and action planning
HR Administration for On and Off boarding
payroll
timekeeping and compliance
benefit and policy questions
Administers companywide HR initiatives
Coach and influence leaders and associates
Conducts employee investigations

Experience Preferred:
2 to 3 years of HR Generalist Experience Preferred
1 year of Recruitment Experience Preferred
1 year of Employee Relations Experience
Exposure to Employee Investigations
