Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Administrative Assistant based in Sevierville, Tennessee, United States. This role is in the financial advisory and banking industry, where you will be integral in providing a range of administrative support. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, allowing you to grow and develop within our team. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and visitors promptly and ensuring they feel welcome Efficiently manage appointments, events, and interviews using Microsoft Outlook while ensuring the calendar is up-to-date and conflicts are resolved swiftly Perform data entry tasks into a Windows-based software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, maintaining organized filing systems Compile and generate reports as required, and pull and analyze information from the database to assist with various projects Schedule and manage appointments using Microsoft Outlook Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally Ensure effective email correspondence.
