Job DescriptionThe right person for this position would need to have a positive attitude & be willing to learn with other newly hired employees. Some of the responsibilities for this position are
Effective communication in writing, telephone, electronically, & in person.
Review & handle customer requests
Interface with internal & external customers
Work with multiple shipping area (on site & remotely).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Requirements
AS Degree or equivalent Customer Service experience
Knowledge of principles & processes for customer & personal services
Logistics experience preferred, both domestically & internationally
Manufacturing experience preferred
SAP experience preferred
MAPICS (AS400) experience preferred
EXCEL is used in this position, higher level of use is preferred
