As Front Desk Supervisor, you will:Supervise and train front desk agents to deliver top-notch customer service and operational excellenceHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfactionOversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and reservation managementSchedule and manage front desk staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all timesMonitor and manage financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and cash handlingServe as the primary point of contact for front desk-related issues, facilitating effective communication between departmentsConduct regular audits of front desk procedures and performance to ensure adherence to company standards and policiesAddress and resolve any operational or guest issues that arise, implementing solutions and preventing recurrenceAnswer inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, shuttle and travel directionsCoordinate with housekeeping when VIP Guests arriveTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
