Role and Responsibilities:
Prepare reports for Lending Functions
Generate, verify, and analyze reports for accuracy
Develop and create new reports to extract data
Assist with utility clerks
Ability to communicate results of reports
Create reports to provide insight to key information
Creates Reports in IBM Cognos Analytics
Examine data reports to locate and correct errors
Troubleshoot issues with reports
Research and recommend new reports to Lending Functions
Understand and analyze data in order to provide accurate and timely reports
Has a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.
Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings.
Has prompt and regular attendance.
Completes training as needed.
Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
Adheres to IT Program including IT Security Policy and completes required IT training.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
Basic Understanding of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Understanding of Debit and Credit Entries to Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Advance skills in Excel: charts, formulas and functions, formatting cells, data validation, PivotTables, and Macros
Advance skills in Microsoft Word: merging documents, designing forms and templates, creating labels, and formatting tables.
Experience with Foxit PDF
Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics a Plus
Preferred Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tact and public relations expertise
Proficient with PC
Ability to follow directions and work well with others
Attention to detail
