KeenLogic is a seeking a Website Developer I to join us at ORNL in support of The Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) who recently implemented major SharePoint upgrades. The Company's external SharePoint was migrated from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2016. The Company's internal SharePoint was migrated from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online. Migrations were completed in February 2019 and support is required to provide advanced customizations and training on SharePoint Online. ITSD builds and supports various web-based applications to perform and meet the needs of ORNL's business processes. Development of these applications require the discovery and technology road mapping, solution design, development and deployment. Responsible for determining customer requirements and translating those requirements into the design of functional applications built on a variety of platforms.

Fluent in numerous design languages, such as HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript.

Develops and Refines ideas.

Applies new and emerging technologies to the site development process.

Works with other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website.

Knowledgeable in web development methodology.

Serves as lead designer and provides instruction and supervision to support staff.

Required Experience and Education:

5+ years developing websites from a defined set of service need while using the website development tools defined in the SOW.

B.A. or B.S. Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
