We have an exciting opportunity for a Tier 2 Support Agent with our industry-leading client in Oak Ridge, TN.
Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. We offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Responsibilities: - Heavy phone support role so candidates need to be comfortable working behind a desk and spending most of their time answering the phones.
- Will be doing frequent password resets and answering Active Directory questions
Requirements: - Desktop Knowledge required
- Windows Knowledge and Active Directory experience
- AA Degree in related discipline and 3-4 years related experience; or High School and 2-4 years of related experience with relevant certification.
- Experience with Knowledge Management and Automation is a plus
- HDI Certificated preferred
