Cimarron is seeking aSenior Pipe Support Engineerto support the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) project in Oak Ridge, TN. Join our dynamic team and be part of the UPF projecta groundbreaking, multi-year, multi-billion-dollar initiative set to revolutionize enriched uranium operations for Y-12 missions. As one of the Department of Energys largest investments in Tennessee since the Manhattan Project, and one of the National Nuclear Security Administrations most significant construction projects, UPF offers a unique opportunity to work on a historic venture. Upon completion, this state-of-the-art complex will replace a 70-year-old facility, enhancing efficiency, reducing operational costs and energy consumption, improving worker safety, and securing enriched uranium capabilities for the future. Be a part of history in the making!This position can be supportedremotely(i.e. work from home)!Key Duties:

Perform pipe stress analysis of systems in accordance with ASME B31.3 Code.

Model piping systems to verify flexibility, stability, and equipment nozzle load qualification.

Collaborate closely with layout personnel and pipe support engineers to deliver a quality and cost-effective design.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and vendors as required.

Monitor and check work for compliance with approveddesign standards to provide quality design, reliable/safe plant operation, and construction economy.

Ensure systems designs comply with all applicable installation codes, regulations, and standards.

Participate in constructability reviews.

Plan, develop, coordinate, and review design work within a small-sizedesign work group on projects of medium size or assignments in support of the global business unit.

Coordinate and interface as directed withengineers, scientists, specialists, designers, and drafters.

Communicate complex technical issues and recommend solutions to upper management.

Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and EducationRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:

Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.

5 or more years of related experience.

Knowledge of ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, and/or other relevant industry piping codes and standards.

Experience using a computer pipe stress analysis program.

Ability to navigate a 3D model using software, such as SmartPlant 3D and SmartPlant Reviewer.

Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of software for creating calculations.

Proficiency usingAutoPIPE.

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

PE Registration.

Previous Bechtel project experience.

Previous DOD/DOE project experience.
