I ask because seems like trucking has just gotten so fancy and weird. We are small, 17 trucks, been around for close to 30 years. We like to shake hands and do paper applications. We are good to people and we are a pretty laid back environment. We just had a 20 year employee retire (sad face) and need a Class A CDL driver with 2 years experience to do local work. We have manual trucks so cannot accommodate an auto restriction.
If you are flexible we can offer the hours, 40+. 7 am -3 pm are pretty typical hours but we would like someone that is flexible and can go outside of this as well, it is not written in stone. We do some shuttles quite a bit, a lot of Morrison to Murfreesboro, Morrison to La Vergne, but we also do some local cartage and LTL. If you have any flatbed experience that is a plus! We take a few loads to Nashville a few times a week. No tarping!
Shuttles are no touch drop and hook freight
$26 per hr with a bump to $27 in 30 days
$27 with HazMat and bumped to $28 in 30 days

Please have 2 years Class A CDL experience, a good MVR and favorable back ground check. You can do a bit of a meet and greet and come check things out to make sure we are a good fit for you.
