We are seeking a motivated and skilled 1099 Residential Remodeling Tradesman to Partner with our 5-Star Team.
Position Overview
This position plays a key part of delivering on our promise of a 5-star experience and interacts directly with customers. The 5-Star Measure and Services Person works in the field primarily taking measurements for new installations of our sold projects (vinyl window replacements and bathroom remodels). Will also perform warranty services. Holds the appropriate amount of concern and focus regarding being on time for each appointment and completing two to four appointments per day, on average.
Required Skills:
Knowledge and experience in measuring windows for replacement and measuring bathrooms for remodeling.
Ability to accurately take measurements and translate those into a variety of applications.
General knowledge of residential construction and basic home improvement and maintenance.
Strong verbal communications skills (English literacy)
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on quality and results.
Well-organized and on-time to each appointment
Self-starter, efficient, productive, works well with a team.
Qualifications:
5 years construction experience in the residential remodeling industry with experience in lite plumbing, electrical and items associated within a bathroom.
5 years of experience in exterior residential home improvement experience particularly in vinyl replacement windows.
Must have General Liability Insurance
Must have a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
