Ford Classic Homes, also knows as Mike Ford Custom Builders, located in Franklin, TN is hiring a Warranty Technician to complete paint, sheetrock, and minor carpentry work in finished, occupied houses.
Dress code: Khaki pants or jeans with no holes and clean collared shirt (Ford will provide your shirts).
Location: Williamson County. Jobsites range from Brentwood to South of 840.
Description: Most of the job is sheetrock touchup, painting and minor carpentry work (adjusting doors, door hardware, etc). No personal cell phone use on job, drug free and CLEAN background required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to effectively communicate with homeowners is a must. This is a full time position that pays $20-$27 an hour based on experience, overtime pay is available but not required. PAID TIME OFF for vacation, sick and even personal days. 401K and Health Insurance avaialble.
VERY steady work hours, 8-5 with overtime options available.
