Meadowood Village, a 400 unit community in Antioch, Tennessee is seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician. Ideal candidate will have experience with maintenance and emphasize excellent customer service. Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License are a must. HVAC Certification a plus. Will be participating in monthly on-call rotation with several others for night and weekend calls. Background check is required. EOE
