Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including medical gas systems, in compliance with state and local codes.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to plan plumbing installations and layouts.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Perform testing, inspections, and certifications of medical gas systems in accordance with NFPA standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and medical gas system issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Tennessee.
Current Med Gas Certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing, including medical gas systems.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Salary: $40/hr-$45/hr DOE
