Crew Leader and Laborers for Hardscaping Projects

Positions Available:
1. Crew Leader/Foreman
2. Laborers
Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of laborers on various hardscaping projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery used in hardscaping.
- Install Concrete Pavers, Permeable Pavers & Segmental Block Retaining walls with Machine
- Communicate effectively with project managers, and team members.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members.
Laborer Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of concrete pavers, artificial turf, and segmental retaining walls.
- Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools.
- Operate hand and power tools as required.
- Follow instructions from the Crew Leader to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications for Crew Leader:
- Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in hardscaping or construction.
- Strong understanding of hardscaping techniques and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
Qualifications for Laborers:
- Previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to use Service Fusion Application on your phone, take photos and video of your work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- English and/or Spanish Speaking
