General Construction Company is looking to hire Roofing crews in the Nashville, TN and surrounding markets. The crews must have a minimum of 5 documented employees who work for the crew on a daily basis. The following items are a general description of what is expected from each subcontractor:
Roof Removal & Replacement to include vent boots, flashing, underlayment, etc.
Majority of Roofs are Asphalt with a small number consisting of Cedar Shakes, and Standing Seam metal.
Removal of all debris, nails, shingles and protect landscaping.
The items listed above are a generic list but to be expected along with additional. This is a very fast pace business but with no exclusion from quality that is expected. We are looking for the best applicants and you must be able to manage your crews in a time sensitive manner along with quality. Cleanliness and Professionalism is a must. We expect job sites to always remain clean and orderly!
All crews must have:
1. General Liability Insurance.
2. Workers Comp or Workers Comp Exemption form.
3. Registered business license for your company in the State of Tennessee.
4. You must be fluent in English also to apply.
