Independent established auto repair shop seeks experienced, motivated A list ASE certified tech with aspiration to own/operate four rack+ general maintenance/repair business. Ideal candidate must have extraordinary customer service attitude, demonstrate technical expertise and be results driven leader. Must be experienced with domestic and some foreign maintenance and repair, diagnostics and driveability. Experience with Mitchell systems a plus. Must have own tools. Compensation based on experience, with emphasis on production based incentives.
