Apartment Maintenance Tech needed at apartment community in Southeast Nashville a few miles from Bell Road exit on 1-24. Ideal candidates will have some general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance, general plumbing, drywall, basic carpentry, make-ready and handyman skills. Must have valid Driver's License. Background check required. Will train the right person. Apartment maintenance experience and HVAC certification a huge plus!
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Completing resident's work orders/maintenance requests assigned in a timely manner based on priority
Turn units between resident occupancy, preventative maintenance as assigned
Maintaining grounds and curb appeal
Preventative maintenance as assigned
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Assist in coverage through rotation of 24/7 emergency service calls with several other team members
Miscellaneous jobs as directed by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
