We are Ralex Unlimited. We supply kiosks across all of Tennessee and we are looking for
technicians who will install and service the equipment, as needed. You don't need extensive
computer knowledge, so don't be intimidated. We have chefs, sales men, analysts, and
bartenders all without previous knowledge that have thrived with Ralex. If you're willing to work
you will go far with Ralex. You will help get our machine's software and hardware ready for
placement, travel from location to location as a field technician, and represent our company.
Technician Job Summary
We are looking for technicians who will build and maintain machines and their components. You
will be installing components (bill acceptors, printers, computers) in existing cabinets,
connecting the wires in a clean and organized fashion, updating the computers to recognize
new components, and testing them. There is the potential for new roles to be assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability and willingness to follow instructions
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
Ability to safely use drills, screwdrivers, and other simple tools
Maintain relationships with location representatives
Ability and willingness to drive extended distances (a company vehicle may be provided)
Ability to work around store customers
A valid driver's license
3-4 days a week with hours that may fluctuate depending upon job location, drive time and daily business needs.
