Duties & Skills
- Preparing vacant units for new move in.
-Proficiency in residential maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
-Work Orders
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Keep accurate maintenance records, if needed
-Pool Maintenance and cleaning if needed
