- Provide first level contact and issue resolution for phone, remote technical support, or chat or through the Case Management System (Service Desk).
- Provides support for file access issues (encryption, security, etc.)
- Supports deployment of software packages, drivers and operating system updates.
- Works closely with the corporate technical teams to recognize and report root cause analysis of incidents reported to the Service Desk
- Assists with relocation of offices including moving computers, printers, telephones, and fax machines.
- Handling IT technical support covering desktops, laptops, tablets, network, printer and a variety of Corporate applications.
- Leverage remote support technologies to resolve complex issues.
- Reset passwords in various Information Systems.
- Support Windows 10, MacOS & IOS
- Support Office 365 including MS Teams
- Use of Remote Support Software
- Use of MDM (Mobile Device Management) software for OS configuration, patching, & software distribution
- VoIP (Voice over IP) support
- Other duties may also be assigned.
- 3+ years of experience working in this high-speed, fast paced and ever-changing field required
- Previous experience with a ticketing system highly preferred
- Understanding of basic network hardware (switches, WAPS, firewall)
- An extensive amount of experience in basic computer troubleshooting
- Networking Troubleshooting Experience

- Flexibility and ability to bounce between projects quickly Strong working knowledge of network environments including an ability to recognize and diagnose connectivity problems ranging from the local to domain/organizational outage.
- Able to provide moderate usage support to software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong documentation skills
