We are a high quality and service painting company and need a sales hunter. You get your own leads via the internet, door knocking, networking. just plain hustle.
We operate 5 crews and can handle multiple jobs daily.
Our average exterior paint job sale is $20k-$25k plus and takes only 4 to 5 days to complete. You get paid the day the job is finished and we get the check. Average interior job is $11k (profit $5500, you make $550)
We pay on 10% of gross profit (average about 1/2 of the job sale price). Your average commission on a $25k sale would be $1250-$1500.
Sell 1 a week and you make around $65,000 a year, sell 2 and make upwards of $130,000.
There is no cap We can handle all the work you book.
This job is for experienced OR ultra motivated applicants only.
We do not provide leads until after your 8th sale. (Negotiable).
After your 10th sale, we also open your products up to driveway seal coating and garage floors and you get a company truck an fuel card. And. make even more money.
A killer can easily make $200k.+
