Location: Nashville, TN Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Systems Administrator
What are the Must Have Skills? - AIX and Linux operating systems (100+ windows servers left, most servers are on Linux and will be moving all to Linux eventually)
- DB2 and Microsoft SQL
- Medium to high level scripting skills (Powershell, Perl, Shell, Python)
- 5+ years' experience in application integration and/or system automation.
- Experience with cloud migrations and integrations.
What Skills are preferred but flexible? - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
What are the project details/Day-to-day? This person will be responsible for System Administration on Applications that are part of the ERP application suite as well as be responsible for projects, upgrades, monitoring, resolving issues, etc. with Applications related to the ERP Applications. What is the team size? (Onshore/Offshore) 6 Systems Administrators on Integration Team this person would be the 7th. Are there any unique selling points for the role or company? New legacy systems migration to a cloud environment. Tons of opportunity for growth and to help shape the future of the technology within HCA.
