The Client Care Coordinator is the main communication hub of DILIGENT, the highest-rated and fastest growing real estate home inspection company in Nashville. We were founded on integrity, humility, and the highest level of customer service, and are looking to add another high-quality team member to our office.

In this role you will be working alongside other Client Care Coordinators, in synergy with our team of inspectors and staff, and ultimately under the supervision of Michael Conrad, CEO of DILIGENT.

The ideal candidate for this position would have phone sales experience, be mentally organized, work well in fast paced environment, and have a familiarity of real estate. The opportunity for growth in this position is directly tied to the overall growth and success of the company, and will be reflected in the job performance, attention to detail, and self-motivation. As the company grows, so would your position and responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include:

- Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and texts to create a timely and efficient flow of information between clients, real estate agents, and DILIGENT team members.

- Providing a level of over-the-phone sales when booking jobs, with the intention to maximize ancillary service add-ons.

- Managing the logistics of day-to-day business operations and serving your team members by using clear, precise, and timely communication, ensuring that all inspectors, clients, and agents are on the same page.

- Facilitation of work orders, and schedule coordination, scheduling each inspection with geography, timing, and square footage in mind.

- Coordination and management of company assets, tools, and vendor relationships.

- General maintenance of the office dynamics, and assisting in company projects, as needed.

- Assisting the CEO, and other staff, in maintaining their schedules, coordinating meetings and other events on our business software and Google calendar.

- Consistently contributing to the growth of the company by creating and maintaining up-to-date databases of important information, and key performance indicators.

Time Required:

Full-Time (45 hours/week), Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

Compensation

$35k-$45k, based on experience, 3% Match Simple IRA, Company Subsidized Health Insurance
