I've been a Real Estate Agent for 21 years and a Managing Broker for 18 years. The one thing I know in all my years of being around Agents is they want to run Thier Business without interference and KEEP AS MUCH OF THEIR MONEY AS THEY CAN. So, if anyone can tell me why there are so many agents that are willing to give up 10,20 and 30% plus BROKER FEES, and OFFICE FEES is beyond me.
